In compliance with the Organic Law 3/2018, LOPD-GDD of Personal Data Protection and Guarantee and Digital Rights, European Regulation 2016/679, on the protection of personal data, RGPD and Law 34/2002, of July 11 , of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, LSSICE, Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A. informs Users, that it has proceeded to create a profile on the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube with the main purpose of providing information and advertising its products and services.

The User has a profile in the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A., thus showing interest in the information published in the Network. By joining our page, you give us your consent for the treatment of the personal data published in your profile.

The user can access at any time to the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure your privacy.

Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A. processes the User's public information, especially his/her contact name. These data are only used within the Social Network itself and are not incorporated into any file.

In relation to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which you have and that can be exercised before Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A., you must take into account the following nuances:

In turn, the data subject, in exercising his right to portability, may request that his data be transmitted directly to the Controller to the Data Controller.

- Right to Deletion and Forgetting. The Interested Party has the right to the deletion of his/her personal data when:

  • These are not necessary for the purpose for which they were collected
  • Has withdrawn consent and there is no legal basis to the contrary.
  • You have exercised your right to object to the processing of your data and there are no legitimate grounds for such processing.
  • The data are processed in a lawful manner or must be deleted due to a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.
  • The data have been obtained through a relationship with the offer of services of the Information Society.

In order to exercise any of the rights described above, you must meet the following requirements:

  2. The letter sent by the owner of the data requesting the exercise must comply with the legal requirements:

The photocopy of the DNI may be substituted provided that the identity is accredited by any other legally valid means.
    • Request in which the request is specified. If you do not refer to a specific file, we will provide you with all the information we have about your personal data. If you request information of a specific file, only the information of this file. If you request information relating to a third party can never be provided. If you request it by telephone, you will be instructed to do it in writing and you will be informed how to do it and the address to which you should send it.
    • Address for notification purposes.

Use of the profile

Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A. will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to public profile information.
  • Publication in the User's profile of all the information already published in the page Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A.
  • Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels.
  • Page status updates that will be posted on the User's profile.

The user can always control his connections, delete content that is no longer of interest and restrict who he shares his connections with; for this reason, he must access his privacy settings.

Publications 

The User, once attached to the page of Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A., may publish on the latter, comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be the owner of the same, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties. The images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A. but they will remain in the Social Network.

Contests and promotions

Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A. reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions, in which the User may participate in its page. The bases of each of them, when the platform of the Social Network is used for this purpose, will be published in the same, always complying with the LSSICE and any other applicable regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

Advertising

Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A. will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In any case, if you decide to treat your contact data for direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements of the RGPD and the LSSICE.

It is not considered advertising the fact of recommending to other Users the page Fabricación de Material Eléctrico S.A. so that they can also enjoy the promotions or be informed of its activity.
